摘要
开放大学是终身教育理念和思潮所催生的时代产物,建设开放大学是我国作为大国崛起的迫切需要,是社会教育公平的必然要求;以电大系统为基础"办好开放大学",是党中央、国务院关于教育改革发展的一项重大战略举措。在开放大学建设的大背景下,笔者站在地市级电大的角度就基层电大在开放大学体系架构中的"位置"、"名称"、"出路"及"发展"等困扰基层电大转型、发展的问题进行了探讨。
Open university is a product of the times expedited by the lifelong educations idea and trend of thought.Building open university is a urgent need for our country rise as a great power,and a necessary requirement for social education equity.It is a major strategy of the CPC Central Committee and State Council on the reforming and development of education to run open university based on the system of Television and Broadcasting University.Under the situation of building open university,the author discusses the issues of location,name,outlet and development of Grass-roots Universities of Television and Broadcasting system,which disturb the transformation and development of Grass-roots Universities of Televison and Broadcasting.
