摘要
目的:观察倍频YAG激光治疗中心性浆液性视网膜脉络膜病变(中浆)的疗效。方法:根据视网膜荧光血管造影确诊的中浆患者,对渗漏点位于黄斑中心凹250μm以外的85例(87眼)采用倍频YAG激光直接封闭渗漏点治疗。结果:经光凝治疗1次治愈83眼,2次治愈4眼,术后观察6个月均治愈,未见严重并发症发生。结论:倍频YAG激光治疗中浆是一种安全、有效的方法。
Objective： To observe curative effect of double frequency YAG laser treatment on central serous chorioretinopathy（CSC）.Methods： According to the retinal fluorescein angiography to confirm central serous chorioretinopathy,there were 85 cases with 87 eyes whose leakage points were located at 250μm outside of the central fovea to accept double frequency YAG laser seal leakage treatment.Results： After 6 months,all the patients were cured with no serious complications.Among them,83 eyes were treated with 1 laser coagulation,and 4 eyes with 2 laser coagulation.Conclusion： The double frequency YAG laser is a safe and effective method for CSC.
