摘要
高校辅导员长期工作在大学生思想政治教育的第一线,承担着繁重的工作。为鼓励他们克服困难,安心在辅导员岗位上工作,成为思想政治教育方面的专门人才,高校需要采取多项措施。本文分析了影响辅导员作用发挥的主要因素,并有针对性地提出了改进辅导员思想政治教育工作的七项措施。
College counselors are directly in charge of university students＇ ideological and political education for a long time.This kind of work is numerous and heavy.In order to encourage counselors to overcome difficulties,we need to take multinomial measures to make them work contentedly and become professional personnel in the field of ideological and political education.This thesis analyzes major factors which influence the function of college counselors and pointedly puts forward seven measures which could improve their work in the field of ideological and political education.
