摘要
通过试验研究,证实金刚石工具经过常压烧结后,在常温下增加"复压"工艺,可使胎块相对密度达到98.2%,提高了约6%,硬度达到85HRB,提高了约22%。当复压压力为500MPa时,抗弯强度可达650.23MPa,提高了15.7%。扫描电镜观察表明胎体孔隙率明显下降,由于"复压"时产生的挤压变形使得金刚石与胎体界面光滑程度显著提高,胎体对金刚石颗粒的把持力有所提高。"复压"能够使金刚石工具的切割速度提高15%以上,寿命略有提高。
The relative density of matrix can reach 98.2%,increase by 6%,and the hardness reach 85 HRB,increase by 22%,when the pressure of repressing was 500MPa,the bending strength reach 650.23MPa,increase by 15.7% through repressing technology of diamond tools at normal temperature.SEM observation shows that matrix porosity decrease significantly,and the interface between diamond and matrix become smoother because of extrusion caused by repressing,and so the holding force may be improved.Repressing has no significant effect on diamond strength but increases cutting speed of diamond tools by 15% or more.
