摘要
通过制度建设、人文关怀和打造精品期刊等全方位思索对期刊社整体文化建设进行构思。建议围绕"五个文化"即服务文化、人文文化、品牌文化、创新文化、荣誉文化的具体建设切实增强文化体系构建的实用性,从而全面提升编辑人员的荣誉感和归属感,提升期刊的核心竞争力,实现可持续发展。
A culture system of the academic journal publisher is established through system building, humanistic care and excellent journal publishing. The " five-culture ", which refers to service culture, humanistic culture, brand culture, innovative culture and honor culture, is presented to ensure the practicability of the system. The culture can improve the editors' senses of honor and belonging, promote the core competitiveness and achieve a sustainable development of the journal publisher.
