摘要
在分析科技期刊的社会责任内涵及现状的基础上,指出影响科技期刊履行社会责任积极性的原因。认为在期刊改革中应根据科技期刊的特点对其主办单位分别实行不同的管理机制。就加强科技期刊主办单位社会责任提出相关建议及具体措施。
Based on the analysis of the current status of social responsibilities of sci-tech journals, this paper points out the factors that affect the initiatives for journals to fulfill their social responsibilities. During the institutional reform for sci-teeh journal sponsors, different administrative mechanisms should be adopted due to specific characteristics of the journals. The paper also makes recommendations and proposals on how to strengthen the social responsibilities of sei-tech journal sponsors.
