摘要
通过分析医院后勤改革实际,调研国内外医院后勤外包情况,就医院后勤服务社会化强强合作途径进行探讨,提出医院后勤管理核心组织架构变革及以智能建筑(IB)中心助推医院后勤联动运行新模式,总结出医院后勤管理运行专业化策略与途径。
By analyzing the practice of logistic reform in hospitals and investigating outsourcing service in foreign and domestic hospital logistics, the authors put forward the framework reform of core organizations of logistic management and the new mode of linkage operations of hospital logistics boosted by the centers of intelligent buildings, and develop the spe- cialized strategies and path of the operations of logistic management in hospitals.
