摘要
目的建立测定逍遥丸中甘草苷、异甘草素和甘草酸含量的方法。方法色谱柱:Shim-packVP-ODS(150 mm×4.6 mm,5.0μm)。流动相:甲醇-0.5%冰醋酸梯度洗脱;流速1 mL.min 1;检测波长0~7 min为276 nm,7~18 min为370 nm,18 min以后为254 nm。结果甘草苷的线性范围是0.018 40~0.368 0μg(r=0.999 8,平均回收率为97.96%,RSD为0.60%);异甘草素的线性范围是0.015 2~0.304 0μg(r=0.999 9,平均回收率为97.17%,RSD为1.02%);甘草酸的线性范围是0.441 8~8.835 0μg(r=0.999 9,平均回收率为97.52%,RSD为1.06%)。结论所建立的方法简便可行、重复性好,可用于逍遥丸的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To develop an HPLC method for the liquiritin, glycyrrhizic acid and isoliquiritigenin in Xiaoyao Wan. METHODS The column Shim-pack VP-ODS(150 mm×4.6 mm, 5.0 μm)was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.5% acetic acid with a gradient elution, and the flow rate was 1.0 mL'min-1. The detection wavelengthes were 276 nm in 0-7 min, 370 nm in 7-18 min, 254 nm after 18 min. RESULTS The linear range of liquiritin was 0.018 40-0.368 0 μg, r=0.999 8. The average recovery was 97.96%, RSD=0.60%. The linear range of glycyrrhizic acid was 0.015 20-0.304 0 μg, r=0.999 9. The average recovery was 97.17%, RSD=1.02%. The linear range of isoliquiritigenin was 0.441 8-8.835 0 μg , r =0.999 9. The average recovery was 97.52%, RSD=1.06%. CONCLUSION This method is simple, feasible, and the repeatability is good. It can be used for quality control of Xiaoyao Wan.
