摘要
陶瓷金花纸是用来装饰高档陶瓷的釉上彩花纸,金含量的高低,直接影响烤花后的装饰效果,含量过高成本增大,含量过低,达不到装饰效果,光泽暗淡,变蓝,因此,快速测定陶瓷金花纸中的含金量显得尤为重要。它可以帮助陶瓷烤花企业鄄别花纸的质量的优劣,保证产品质量。本方法对陶瓷金花纸中含金量的测定是采用灰化-王水溶样-海绵富集分离杂质,然后再灰化海绵,用1∶1王水溶解海绵金,定容,用原子吸收光谱法进行测定。其特点是简单方便、快速、准确,一般在2～3小时内即可完成检测,克服传统冗长的溶样、杂质分离、解吸或灰吹等烦琐工序。本法用于实践,其准确度和精密度都符合生产的要求,是一个值得推广应用的方法。
The ceramics golden decal is a kind of overglaze color paper which is used for decorating high-grade ceramic.The content level of gold directly affects the decorative effect.The high content leads to costs added,and the low content leads to gloss dim and the color changes into blue.Therefore,it＇s particularly important to determinate the content level of gold in the ceramic gold decal rapidly.It can help the ceramic enterprise to identify the quality of the decal,and then to ensure the quality of the product.The determination method for the content level of the gold in ceramics golden decal adopts multiple steps which are ashing-aqua regia dissolving sample-sponge enrichment,and then ashing sponge and dissolving it by using aqua regia,constant volume,determining it in atomic absorption spectrometry method.The characteristics are simple,rapid and accurate,generally within 2～3 hours to complete the test.This methods can overcome the traditional cumbersome process such as sample dissolution,separation of impurities,desorption and cupellation.This method is worthy application because that its accuracy and precision are in line with production requirement in applying in practice.
