摘要
以GSCK200A型数控车床的z轴滚珠丝杠进给系统为研究对象,利用ANSYS软件建立其二维轴对称有限元模型,对其进行热态特性分析,并以求得的温度场为依据进行热-结构耦合分析,计算出丝杠轴的热变形,为数控车床的研发提供依据。
Thermal characteristics of feed system for GSCK200A type CNC lathe were researched by finite element analysis soft- ware ANSYS. The axisymmetric finite element model of z-direction feed system was established, and thermal-structural coupled analysis was carried out based on the results of steady-state temperature field. Moreover, thermal deformation of ball screw was solved exactly. So it provides theoretical reference for future research and development of high-speed & high-precision CNC lathe.
