摘要
随着我国经济的迅速发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,人们对鲜活农产品的需求量越来越大,对农产品质量与品质的要求也越来越高。文中先阐述了农产品冷链物流的概念及其特点,针对目前江西省农产品冷链物流的现状,分析了冷链物流存在的一些问题,最后根据这些问题提出了加快发展江西省农产品冷链物流的对策。
With China＇s rapid economic development and the improvement of people＇s living standard,people demand more and more fresh agriculture products,and so have a higher requirement for the quality of agriculture products.The paper first expounds the concepts and characteristics of agriculture products cold chain logistics,according to the current status of agricultural products cold chain logistics in Jiangxi province,analyzes the problems in cold chain logistics,thus suggests some countermeasures to speed up the development of Jiangxi agriculture products cold chain logistics finally.
