摘要
植酸是一种少见的多齿金属螯合剂，存在于油料和谷类种子中，因其特有的功能及天然无毒特性，目前在日本等发达国家普遍应用。通过对植酸结构分析，阐述了植酸在金属防护及电镀中的作用及特殊功能，综述了国内外植酸研究及应用成果。
Phytic acid is a kind of multi teeth chelating agent seen very little. It exists in seeds of oil bearing and cereal crops. Because of its special function and natural nontoxicity, phytic acid is used extensively in Japan and other developed countries recently. In this paper the action and special function of phytic acid in metal protection and electroplating are expounded through the analysis of the structure of phytic acid. The results of research and application of phytic acid in domestic and abroad are summarized as well.
