润湿行为的研究进展及在工程中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 从润湿行为的表面特征及其形成机理出发综合阐述了润湿行为的概念、表征方法、分类,并综述了润湿行为在国内外的研究进展和研究现状,同时从研究润湿行为的实验方法和理论方法两个角度,概括性地阐述了研究润湿行为的不同方法之间的联系和各自的优缺点,通过概括和对比其研究方法提出了一些改善某些物质间润湿行为的方法途径和主要技术。综合归纳了润湿行为研究在各行业尤其在金属材料的制备和防腐等工程实际中的具体应用,尤其在金属材料工程中的应用较多。随着科技的进步以及新材料的不断开发势必将受到更多的重视,对其进行深入研究将会有力地推动金属材料加工及制备的发展。最后,指出润湿行为研究的发展趋势,并对今后润湿性行为的相关研究提出了展望和一些建议。 This paper expatiates the wetting concept, characterization method, classification and behavior research progress by the surface of the wetting characteristics and the formation mechanism, meanwhile through the experimental and theoretical methods expounds the wetting behavior of the different methods of research of the relationship and their respective advantages ; By generalization and contrast, puts forward some ways and means for improving material wetting behavior; and summarized wetting behavior research in industries especially in metal materials preparation and corrosion engineering practice application. Finally, it points out the development trend of wetting behavior, and the future research of wetting behavior and some suggestions is also presented.
