双节点圆柱蜗杆传动和环面蜗杆传动性能比较 被引量:1

摘要 用活动标架法对双节点侧置双蜗轮渐开线蜗杆传动进行啮合分析,对接触线、诱导曲率及润滑角进行了计算。和传动比相同的平面二包数据进行比较可以得出结论:两方法传动啮合性能相当,但中心距则比二包小一个等级,加之工艺制造上的优越性,以此取代平面二包传动是可能的。 This paper is about a pitch point meshing analysis of involute worm gearing in which its worm is placed between worm wheels The analysis is done through movable system of coordinate and the calculation of the contact line, the induced curvature and the lubrication angle is carried out. Compared with planar double enveloping worm gearing which has the same transmission ratio, the meshing property of cylinder worm gear is about equal only that the central distance is one grade lower than that of the planar worm gearing. And with the advantage in manufacture, it is possible to be an alternative to planar double enveloping worm gearing.
