摘要
针对当前我国职业群体工作倦怠日显突出的问题,以纺织服装业中的知识型员工作为调查样本进行实证研究,以期发现在纺织服装企业中知识型员工的工作倦怠状况,从而使企业能够采取针对性的工作倦怠干预策略。在对调查对象进行先期访谈和参考已有文献的基础上,确定研究变量维度的构成,采取问卷调查的方法收集数据,并对数据进行了统计分析。研究结果表明,我国纺织服装业中知识型员工的工作倦怠程度并不高,但工作倦怠在年龄、性别、学历等人口统计学变量上呈现出差异特征。根据研究结果,提出了企业工作倦怠的干预管理对策和建议。
A Nowadays, the issue on job burnout of occupation employees is rising greatly m t^hma, and in response to the situation, this paper carried out an empirical research based on an investigation sample of knowledge employees from textile and apparel industry . The purpose of the paper is to discover the level of job burnout, so proper intervention strategies can be adopted by enterprises. The first process was to establish the dimensions of research variable on the basis of interview and literature review, then data was collected through a questionnaire survey, and statistics analysis was used. The results indicated that the level of job burnout was not very high among knowledge employees from textile and apparel industry, but there were significantly different characteristics when considering the demographic variables of age, gender, education background, etc. Practical strategies for enterprises were proposed accordingly.
