摘要
近年来,由于我国法律相关制度安排的缺失、医疗保障体系的残缺以及政府责任的缺位,使得儿童医疗保障并没有走入政府主导、社会公益机构和商业保险有益补充的良性轨道,以至于其保障力十分薄弱,引起了国家和社会的高度关注。通过对儿童医疗保障的现状和所存在的问题进行分析,并探索所存在问题的原因,进而对如何完善我国儿童医疗保障体系提出对策和建议。
Because our country legal system arrangement of medical security system,the government responsibility and incomplete,the absence of medical security and no children into the government leading,social welfare institutions and commercial insurance beneficial supplement of track that its security forces benign very weak.Based on the status quo of the medical care for children and the existing problems are analyzed,and the existing problems,and how to improve China's medical security system,gives some countermeasures and suggestions.
