摘要
从工业现场应用的角度分析了当今SMT技术和回流焊接设备的发展,并继承融合各种设备的优点,提出了一种小型智能数控回流焊炉温度控制器的设计和实现方法。温度控制采用带超前比较环节的数字PID控制算法,该算法提前修正控制量,缩短了调节时间,温度控制精度高。控制器作出的温度曲线可以为SMT工艺研究及焊膏特性评估提供可靠依据。
This article discussed the development of surface mount technology(SMT) and reflow equipment from the perspective of industrial practice,and brought forward the design and implementation of a small intelligent reflow oven temperature controller which syncretized the merits of many reflow ovens.The temperature was controlled with improved digital PID control algorithm,which could amend manipulated variable ahead,shorten adjustment time,achieving an accurate effect of temperature control.The temperature curve drew by controller could be used to research SMT technology and solder assessment.
