摘要
目的:研究海南香茅挥发油的化学成分,为海南香茅的开发利用提供科学依据。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,气相色谱-质谱联用技术对挥发油成分进行分离鉴定,并采用面积归一化法确定各成分的相对质量分数。结果:共分离出33个峰,分析鉴定了其中的30种成分,其中相对质量分数较高的有香叶醛(25.36%)、橙花醛(19.76%)、香叶醇(12.39%)、乙酸香叶酯(7.83%)、橙花醇(4.06%)和β-月桂烯(3.48%)。结论:海南香茅挥发油中主要成分为单萜及其衍生物,与其他产地香茅化学成分基本一致,含量略有差异。
Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents of the essential oil from the herb of Cymbopogon citratus lemongrass and provide useful information for the resonable utilization of lemongrass in Hainan.Method:The essential oil were extracted by water steam distillation,then analyzed by GC-MS and the irrelative contents were calculated by area normalization method.Result:Thirty-three peaks were separated by GC and 30 compounds were identified.The main constituents of the oil were geranial(25.36%),neral(19.76%),geraniol(12.39%),geranyl acetate(4.06%) and β-myrcene(3.48%).Conclusion:The main constituents of the essential oil from lemongrass in Hainan were monoterpenes and their oxygenated derivatives,which were approximately the same as those grown in other parts despite the small difference in contents.
