摘要
新公共服务理论强调的是政府要重视公民的参与性、提高其公益性、增强其服务意识和提高其办事质量等,这一理论对于高校管理实施改革有极大的帮助。在梳理新公共服务理论主要思想的基础上,研究高校管理存在的问题,并运用该理论指导高校进行更好的管理,提出相应的对策。
The new public service theory stresses that the government should attach importance to the partici- pation of citizens, increase the public welfare, strengthen the service sense and promote the efficiency of their acts. This theory is very helpful to the reform of university management which is similar to the government manage- ment. In this paper, the writer aims at researching the problems of university management on the basis of sorting out the main idea of the new public service theory, and applies the theory in the university management and also comes up with appropriate measures.
