智能管道发展总体思路探讨 被引量:6

摘要 由于业务多样化、融合化和用户个性化需求的提升,加强网络智能化水平,突破传统的透明管道模式,进而提升管道价值成为全球主流运营商共同面临的挑战。文章认为为了实现智能管道的目标,运营商网络应在宽带提速和融合覆盖的基础上,完善网络的资源快捷指配能力、灵活的接入协同能力以及质量按需保障能力,从而实现基于智能管道的精细化运营,以应对来自产业链各方的竞争压力。 With increasing business diversification, integration, and individuation enhancing the level of network intelligence and breaking the traditional transparent pipe mode has become the main trend. Enhancing the value of the pipeline has also become a challenge for operators. Because broadband has sped up and coverage has expanded, operators need to improve instant assignment capabilities of resources, flexible access collaboration, and quality on-demand assurance. In this way, wise pipes can be refined, competitive pressures from parties in the industry chain can be countered.
