摘要
在对我国体育文化体制改革背景阐述的基础上,分析当前我国文化体制改革中存在着的问题:体育文化的功能发挥不够全面;体育文化的经济效益与社会效益不平衡;体育文化管理体制改革滞后;人民群众参与社会管理的作用发挥不够等,并从创新社会管理的视角提出了对策:切实保护民众的体育文化权益;加快转变政府体育文化管理职能;充分发挥社会体育组织的作用等深化体育文化体制改革。
Elaborating on the background of China＇s sports culture system reform,the article discusses the existing problems in the reform,i.e.,the function of sports culture has not been brought into full play;the economic and social benefits are out of balance;the reform of sports culture management system is lagging behind;the involvement of people in social management is not enough.From the angle of innovative social management,it puts forward the suggestions of protecting people＇s right of sports culture,speeding up the transformation of the government＇s function of sports culture management,bringing into full pay the function of social sports organizations,etc.
