摘要
通过CO2超临界萃取法提取分离烤烟中的香气成分,用色谱保留时间和GC-MS进行定性,共有16种香气成分化合物被确定,用SIM模式对其进行了定量。考查了超临界萃取分离烟草香味物质的条件,如温度、压力、动态萃取时间、流量、夹带剂种类及用量,对萃取效率的影响。结果显示,萃取的最佳条件是,压力25MPa,温度60℃,流量5L/min,时间2h(静态时间0.5h,动态时间1.5h),夹带剂为甲醇,流速0.3mL/min。在此条件下,回收率为85.3%~105.6%。比较了该方法和同时蒸馏萃取法的分析结果。
The flavor components of flue-cured tobacco were extracted by CO2 supercritical fluid extraction(SFE),and sixteen of them have been identified based on retention time and GC-MS analysis,and have been quantified by SIM.The parameters of SFE,such as temperature,pressure,extraction time,CO2 flow rate and the type and amount of modifier,were investigated.The optimum conditions are: temperature 60℃,pressure 25MPa,CO2 flow rate 5L/min,extraction time 2h(dynamic time 0.5h,static time 1.5h) and modifier methanol(0.3mL/min).Under the optimum conditions,the recoveries ranged from 85.3% to 105.6%.The results of SFE and simultaneous distillation extraction(SDE) were compared.
