摘要
本文通过对组织结构动态设计理论与一般组织结构设计理论、组织革新理论和组织发展理论的比较 ,阐述了这种新的有助于企业组织结构日常调整的理论所具有的特点。同时 ,在对组织结构动态调整产生原因进行剖析的基础上 。
Through comparing the general theories on organizational structure designing,theories on organization renewal and on organization development,the writers elaborate on the characteristics of the dynamic designing theory on the organizational structure.This theory will be conducive to the daily adjustments of organizational structures of enterprises.Meantime,the authors make an analysis of the causes of such dynamic adjustments and then expound on the qualitative principles and the selection method of the factors of the quantitative standards that should be followed in the application of the theory.
