摘要 级联多电平逆变器在多电平逆变器领域应用已经较为成熟,而载波移相PWM技术的应用大大提高了级联逆变器的输出性能。不同移相控制策略而导致移相角度的不同,也对逆变器的输出产生影响。针对级联多电平逆变器中的载波移相PWM技术提出一项移相控制策略。通过仿真研究,并与360°/N方式进行了深入的比较和分析,证实所建立的移相方法能够使级联逆变器的输出性能得到一定提升。同时指出,该移相方式THD较高,但其谐波分布主要在高频区域,在某些方面具有较高的应用价值。 Cascaded multilevel inverter has developed well in the field of muhilevel inverter, and the use of phase - shifted PWM technology on the driving technology greatly improves the performance of cascaded inverter. Different phase - shifted angles due to different control strategies affect the output of inverter. This paper puts forward a new control strategy for phase - shifted PWM technology of cascaded multi - level inverter. Research and analysis of the difference between this method and 360/N mode based on simulation shows that this method can impl'ove the output characteristics of cascaded inverter. Meanwhile, it is pointed out in this paper that the THD of this method is higher but distributed mainly in high frequency area, which may lead to high application value in some area.
