摘要
本文介绍了近年来毛细管电泳在药代动力学上的应用,主要按照分离模式的不同进行分类,包括毛细管区带电泳(CZE),毛细管凝胶电泳(GCE),毛细管等速电泳(ITP),毛细管电色谱(CEC),胶束电动毛细管色谱(MEKC),微乳液电动毛细管色谱(MEEKC),毛细管电泳-质谱(CE-MS),毛细管电泳-电化学发光(CE-ECL),毛细管电泳-微透析(CE-MD)等技术在药代动力学应用上的现状和发展前景,重点介绍了毛细管电泳和毛细管电泳-微透析这两种技术。
In this article, the application of capillary electrophoresis in pharmaeokinetic during recent years were introduced. We mainly classify the capillary electrophoresis according to the differences in separation mode, including present situation and develop- ment prospect of the capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE), capillary gel electrophoresis (GCE), isotachophoresis (ITP), capillary electmchromatography (CEC), micellar electrokinetic chromatography (MEKC), microemulsion electrokinetic capillary chromatogra- phy (MEEKC), capillary electrophoresis - e/ectr (CE - MS), capillary electrophoresis -electrochemica/ luminescence (CE - ECL), capillary electrophoresis- Microdialysis (CE- MD) etc in pharmacokinetic, and Capillary electrophoresis and capillary electrophoresis- Microdialysis are emphasized in this artical.
