箱式柜式储存方式对烟叶挥发性有机酸含量的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]比较箱式和柜式2种储存方式对烟叶挥发性有机酸含量的影响。[方法]采用离子选择(SIM)技术对箱式和柜式2种不同储存方式下2个牌号(Ⅰ、Ⅱ)卷烟原料8种挥发性有机酸含量进行检测,并比较2种储存方式下挥发性有机酸含量的变化及储存时间对挥发性有机酸含量的影响。[结果]箱式储存的原料中挥发性有机酸含量普遍高于柜式储存,表明在箱式储存条件下,卷烟原料的挥发性有机酸能更好地生成和保留,由此说明,箱式储存效果明显好于柜式储存。箱式不同储存时间的挥发性有机酸含量变化表明,8种挥发性有机酸含量均随储存时间呈曲线变化,且在745 min时达到最高。[结论]在箱式储存条件下卷烟原料储存时间达745 min时有利于挥发性有机酸的产生和保留。 [Objective]The study aimed to compare the effects of 2 storage methods including the box-type and cabinet-type on the volatile organic acid content of tobacco leaves.[Method]8 volatile organic acids of two cigarette raw materials (Ⅰ, Ⅱ) which were stored with the box-type and cabinet-type methods were detected by using the ion-selective method (SIM) and the volatile organic acid content changes under 2 storage methods and the effects of the storage time on the volatile organic acid contents were compared.[Result]The volatile organic acid content in the cigarette raw materials stored with the box-type was higher than that with cabinet-type, showing that the volatile organic acid in the cigarette raw materials under the box-type storage could better generation and reservation, thus indicating that the box-type storage got better effect than the cabinet-type storage.The volatile organic acid content in the cigarette raw materials for different storing time under the box-type storage indicated that 8 volatile organic acid contents showed a curve change with the storing time and reached the maximum when the cigarette raw materials were stored at about 745 min.[Conclusion]When the cigarette raw materials were stored at about 745 min under the box-type storage, it was beneficial to the generation and reservation of the volatile acid.
