摘要
王庆国教授对妇科疾病有深刻理解,善于调治经带胎产诸疾。对王教授诊治更年期综合征的临床经验进行总结,王师辨治此病以阴阳分论,偏于肾水不足,肝火偏盛者,治以滋水清肝饮合龙琥甘麦大枣汤加减;偏于营卫不调,阴阳不和者,治以柴胡桂枝汤合龙琥甘麦大枣汤加减,疗效显著。拟对王师治疗本病的学术思想和临床经验进行系统总结,介绍王师对病机认识、分型论治、辨治特色以及典型病案的运用经验,以期有资于临床。
Professor WANG Qing-guo has a deep understanding of gynecological diseases, being good at modulating various diseases,such as menstruation, leukorrhagia, pregnancy, and obstetric diseases. Professor WANG is good at using classical prescriptions, while not abandoning non - classical prescriptions. This article summarizes Professor WANG ＇ s clinical experience of diagnosis and treatment of menopausal syndrome. According to Yin and Yang syndrome,if insufficiency of kidney - yin and hyper - activity of liver fire biased ; Zhishui Qinggan and Longhu Ganmai Dazao Decoction addition and subtraction are used ;if disharmony between Ying and Wei and yang deficiency biased;Chaihuguizhi and LonghuGanmaiDazao Decoction addition and subtraction are used ,with significant effects.
