摘要
配穴法为针灸疗效的关键因素之一,为临床医生针灸组方常用的方法,体现了穴位之间的相互联系及穴位的特异性疗效。原络配穴法作为一种重要而常用的配穴法,从古至今,一直为针灸医生所钟爱。本文收集、整理了近20余年的原络配穴法的相关临床文献研究,按照在各疾病系统中的运用情况加以分类总结。结果发现原络配穴法在神经系统、消化系统、肌肉组织等各科皆广泛运用,且疗效显著、简便易行,且原络配穴对于脏腑疾病及老年慢性疾病有着独特优势。但是其临床机理研究尚不明确,需结合目前较为先进的技术和方法,多学科、多角度地认识,进而深层次分析原穴与络穴的配伍疗效机制。
Collocation method of points is the essential factor of acupuncture curative effect, presenting the specific curative effect of points as well as the relationship among them. The collocation of Yuan and Luo, as one of prime and common compatibilities of point, has deeply attracted acupuncturists＇ attention for hundreds of years, and is frequently adopted in prescribing. This article is mainly concerned with the clinical use of matched acu - points of Yuan and Luo, for which the authors review nearly 20 years of related literatures. It is confirmed that the application of Yuan and Luo acu - points extensively involves in the systematic diseases of nerve, digestion, muscle tissue, and so on. Its remarkable curative effect, especially in treating viscera and chronic diseases in aging group, as well as convenient operation, strongly attracts the attention of researchers. However, the clinical mechanism is unclear, requiring further research, especially, adopting modern advanced techniques and methods such as nerve imaging, genetics, metabonomics, molecular biology, etc, which could be accounted by many disciplines and perspectives.
