摘要
农业是一种需要特殊保护的产业。要把农业建设成为自强自立的产业 ,或具有市场竞争力的产业 ,就必须强化政府对农业的支持力度。农业在国内市场与国际市场的竞争力 ,在相当程度上是和农业生产经营规模联系在一起的。为了把农业规模化经营的内部经济与外部经济有机结合起来 ,最大限度发挥整体效应和规模效应 ,促进我国传统农业向现代农业转变 。
Agri business needs special protect. To develop agri business,whose competitiveness is associated with employing its scale economy into internationally competitive industry, needs the protection by governments to a larger extent. Industralization of agri business is the only way to realize the synergy of agri business' internal and external economy,the exploitation of scale effects,and the evolution from traditional agri pattern to modern agri pattern.
