前列环素在门静脉高压症中升高及其原因

摘要 门静脉高压症(portal hypertension,PHT)是一常见临床症状,其主要的特征性表现是门静脉回流受阻、压力升高及全身、内脏高动力循环,前者是PHT发生的起始因素,而后者对PHT的维持起重要作用。PHT内脏高动力循环引发的并发症是临床常见且棘手的难题,其中最严重的是食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血,是引起病人死亡的重要原因之一,
