摘要
目的:观察低氧对小鼠行为的影响。方法:6月龄C57BL/6J小鼠按每日低氧时间不同随机分为低氧1组(8 h/day,n=9)、低氧2组(12 h/day,n=8)、低氧3组(24 h/day,n=9)及正常氧浓度对照组(n=8)。低氧组小鼠在低氧舱中暴露8周后,检测所有小鼠在旷场实验中的行为变化。结果:与对照组比较,低氧后小鼠在旷场实验的中央格、总格、外周格穿越次数及相应路程均明显增加,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),提示低氧可使小鼠水平活动度及兴奋性异常增加;与对照组比较,低氧组小鼠体质量均下降,心重指数均增加,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),低氧3组小鼠体质量下降最明显。结论:低氧可引起小鼠活动度增加及体质量下降。
Objective:To assess the effect of hypoxic exposure on Open Field Test behavior in mice.Methods: 6-month-old C57BL/6J male mice were divided into four groups:the control mice(n=8) were housed in room air in normal situations without any treatment;hypoxia 1(8 h/day,n=9),hypoxia 2(12 h/day,n=8),hypoxia 3(24 h/day,n=9) mice were housed in designed hypoxia chamber for 8 weeks.After the hypoxic exposure,all mice were tested for Open Field Test behavior and the weight and heart index were also measured.Results: In Open Field Test,compared with the control group,hypoxia increased number of crossing and distance in peripheral area,in central area and in the total area of open field.It indicated mice were hyperactive following hypoxic exposure.Compared with the control group,hypoxic exposure decreased the weight of mice(P 0.05) and increased heart index(P 0.05).Conclusion: Hypoxia can lead to increases in horizontal activity and decrease in weight in mice.
