以某机器人车身喷涂线的超声波识别系统为研究对象,介绍了超声波测距基本原理、超声波识别系统基本构成及识别流程,提出了基于PLC的经济可靠且准确性极高的车型搜索软件设计。
This painting line as a paper takes a car body robot research object, and introduces ultrasonic measure theory, and an ultrasonic iden- tification system's basic configuration,and the system's identification flow. Then it raises a car body type search software scheme based of a PLC system, which is economical, steady, and high accu- rate.
