摘要
利用非线性动力学分析软件LS-DYNA对气动钉枪枪针组件的工作过程进行了仿真分析,并采用动态数据采集系统对枪针工作过程中的动态应变进行了测量。将仿真分析结果与实际测得的数据进行对比,获得了较好的一致性,从而验证了仿真的有效性,为枪针结构的改进提供了依据。
Based on the non - linear dynamic commercial software LS - DYNA, it simulates the work process of the needle assembly, and uses the dynamic data acquisition system to measure the dynamic strain of the needle assembly during working. Comparing experimental results with simulation, the result is reasonable co- incidence. This demonstrates that the simulation results is valid and provides powerful basis for improving the construction of the needle assembly.
