摘要
通过静态及动态的热稳定实验来评价新型钙皂、锌皂热稳定剂的稳定效果。研究结果表明 :这种新型钙皂、锌皂具有较高的热稳定效果 ,在 1 70℃下的热稳定时间是硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸锌的 2倍以上 ,完全可以替代热稳定效果较差的硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸锌 ,可用于无毒PVC制品中 ,具有良好的经济效益及社会效益。
The stability effects of the new heat-stable inhibitors of calcium soap and zinc soap are evaluated through the statical and dynamical heat stability test,which show that the new heat stablizer have higher heat stability with heat-stable time two times longer than calcium stearate or zinc stearate,and can be used in non-toxic PVC pro ducts with good economic and social effect
