摘要
以苯乙烯、五氯化磷、无水甲醇等为原料,通过三步反应合成了苯乙烯基膦酸二甲酯(可作为单体制备新型聚膦酸酯类阻燃剂),讨论了产率的影响因素。实验表明:在干燥情况下,无水甲醇与膦酰氯中间体的物质的量比为2.4∶1,缚酸剂吡啶与膦酰氯中间体的物质的量比为1.9∶1时,产物产率可达93%。通过元素分析、红外吸收光谱和1H核磁共振波谱分析确定了目标产物结构。
Styryl dimethyl phosphonate was synthesized by using styrene,phosphorus pentachloride and absolute methyl alcohol as raw materials, which could be used as monomer to prepare PPN flame retardant. The factors affecting the yield were discussed. The results showed that, in dry conditions ,when the ratio of absolute methyl alcohol to intermediate phosphine chloride was 2.4: 1, HCI acceptor pyridine to intermediate phosphine chloride is 1.9:1 ,the conversion rates could be up to 93%. The structure of the target molecule was confirmed by elementary analysis, FT-IR and 1H NMR.
