摘要
考察了填充系数对力学性能的影响 ,包括表面硬度、冲击强度和弯曲强度。按产生填充系统的不同方式 ,提出了体积填充系数和质量填充系数的新概念。发现体积填充系数和质量填充系数对力学性能有截然不同的作用行为 ,体积填充系数约为 3时 ,冲击强度和弯曲强度有最大值 ;质量填充系数增加时 ,力学性能线性增加。
The influence of filling coefficient on mechanical properties, including surface hardness, impact and flexural strength, are investigated. Two kinds of new concepts are presented, based on different way to determine filling coefficient. It is found that volume and mass filling coefficients affect differently mechanical properties of materials. Impact and flexural strength reach maximum value, when volume-filling coefficient is 3.Mechanical properties are improved linearly as mass filling coefficient rises.\;
