添加烟酰胺对绒山羊消化代谢的影响 被引量:2

摘要 【目的】粗料型日粮中添加烟酰胺对绒山羊消化代谢的影响。【方法】试验选用健康、体重年龄相近的博格达绒山羊(公羊)10只,分为2组,5只/组,在饲喂精粗比为30∶70的日粮中分别添加烟酰胺为0、130mg/(d.goat),试验以添加0 mg/(d.goat)的烟酰胺组作为对照组。【结果】添加烟酰胺的绒山羊对干物质、粗蛋白、粗饲料及有机物的采食量分别比对照组提高了8.65%(P<0.05)、8.42%(P<0.05)、7.68%(P<0.05)和10.55%(P<0.05);日增重比对照组提高了96.84%(P<0.05);对干物质、有机物、纤维素和半纤维素的表观消化量分别比对照组提高了0.45%、0.49%、4.58%和7.39%。【结论】在高粗料型日粮中添加烟酰胺可显著提高绒山羊的日增重及营养物质采食量(P<0.05)。 [ Objective ] This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary niacinamide supplementation on digestion and metabolism of Cashmere goats. [ Method ] Ten male Bogda Cashmere goats were selected and randomLy divided into two groups with 5 Cashmere goats in each group. Animals in control group were fed diet with 30% concentrate and 70% forage and those in experiment group were supplemented with 130 rag( d·goat) nicotinamide. [ Result] The results showed that dietary niacinamide supplementation increased the intake of DM, OM, CP and roughage by 8.65% ( P 〈 0.05 ), 7.68% ( P 〈 0.05 ), 10.55% ( P 〈0.05 )and 8.42% (P 〈 0.05 ) , respectively. Dietary niacinamide supplementation increased the average daily gain of cashmere goats by 96.84% (P 〈 0.05 ). The amount of the digestible DM, OM, CP, cellulose and semi - cellulose were increased by 0.45%, 0.49% , 4.58% and 7.39%, respectively. [ Conclusion] The present study showed that niaeinamide could significantly increase the intake of roughage and daily weight gain of cashmere goats ( P 〈 0.05 ).
