摘要
探讨了聚氨酯摩擦盘的使用工艺条件,选择出较佳的使用条件为第一热箱温度180～220℃,摩擦盘圆周线速度与丝条速度比1.6～20,同时对其它条件作了说明。结果表明:与陶瓷摩擦盘相比,使用聚氨酯摩擦盘纺出的丝质量更好。
The application properties of polyurethane friction disc were studied.The optimum use conditions were:the first air oven temperature 180～220 ℃,D/Y ratio 1 6～2 0,the other conditions were also discussed.The results showed that the quality of draw textured yarn by using polyurethane friction disc was better than that by using ceramic friction disc.
