摘要 通过溶液聚合法制备了一种可用于配制电泳漆的低温固化水溶性丙烯酸酯树脂,对影响树脂性能和电泳效果的主要因素进行了探讨。结果表明:采用AA(10.8%~12.6%)、NMA(2.0%~3.3%)、HPA(4.0%~8.0%)、St(12.9%~14.1%)、MMA(10.0%~16.0%)等单体进行共聚所得到的树脂具有较好的水溶性,且可在较低温度下(120℃)交联固化;在适宜的涂装工艺条件下(电泳时间2~3min,电泳电压40V,电泳温度20~30℃,pH=7.5~8.5),电泳件具有良好的电泳效果。 A water soluble acrylate resin which was used to prepare electrophoretic coating solidified at low temperature, was synthesized by solution polymerization.The coating was used on the metal surface of light products with high decorative demand. The main factors affecting the properties of resin and electrophoretic effect were investigated. The results showed that the resin polymerized with AA(10.8%~12.6%),NMA(2.0%~3.3%),HPA(4.0%~8.0%),St(12.9%~14.1%)and MMA(10.0%~16.0%)was water soluble and could be solidified at low temperature (120 ℃).The coating products had good electrophoretic effects at optimum coating conditions: electrophoretic time 2~3 min , electrophoretic voltage 40 V,electrophoretic temperature 20~30 ℃ and pH 7.5~8.5.
