摘要
目的建立食品中铝的测定方法,了解洛阳市、县区面制食品中铝的污染情况。方法采用干法消化,分光光度法测定食品中铝。结果铝含量在0.50-5.00μg呈良好线性关系,标准曲线y=0.0947+0.0879x,相关系数为0.9990,检测3类食品共126份,合格率29.4%。结论该方法操作简单,灵敏度高,稳定性好。洛阳市、县区食品中铝含量超标严重,应引起有关部门的重视。
Objective To understand the aluminum pollution status in food in Luoyang and counties, and establish a method for determination aluminum in food. Method Taking dry method to digestion the food, spectrophotometrie method was used for determining the aluminum. Results A good linear relationship existed at the range of 0. 50 to 5.00 μg, standard curve was that y =0. 0947 +0. 0879x, coefficient correlation was 0. 9990. 126 samples of 3 kinds were detected, with the qualified rate of 29. 4%. Conclusions This method was operation simple, sensitivity and stability. The aluminum in food of Luoyang and counties was exceeding serious and relation departments should pay enough attention.
