摘要
高校班主任重视学生的心理健康教育工作是促进学生健康全面地发展以及提高学校实施素质教育实效的必由之路。本文探讨了班主任开展心理辅导的优势,特别指出了班主任对大学生进行心理健康教育的五种有效途径。同时本文对班主任开展心理健康教育工作可能存在的一些问题进行了分析并提出了相应对策。
It＇s necessary for head-teachers in college to attach much importance to mental health education in order to promote the healthy and fully development of the students and improve the efficieney of the quality education of college. In the article, we discuss the advantages of the headteachers to do the mental health education, and talk about five effective ways of doing mental health education. Meanwhile. the article analyses the problems for teachers and discusses the possible measures to solve them.
