摘要
目的探讨提高血标本实验室分析前环节质量管理的方法与效果。方法对护士进行血标本采集的理论及操作培训;对血标本采集的各环节进行质量管理,从采集前质量管理、采集环节质量管理、血标本的储存及转运质量管理都分别制订了严格标准。结果降低了血标本不合格率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论血标本试验室分析前环节质量管理可有效降低血标本不合格率。
Objective In order to propose she methods and effects of the link quality management before laboratory analysis of blood samples of patients with cardiovascular disease. Methods The training of theory and operation among nurses was carried out. The blood samples were collected for each link of qual- ity management. The strict standards about the quality management before collection, the link of collection quality management, blood samples storage and trans- portation quality management were developed. Results The raze of erros in blood samples collection was reduced, the differences were all statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Establishment of quality control system of links before laboratory analysis of blood samples can reduce errors in blood samples collection.
