第三产业发展水平是衡量一个国家、一个地区生产社会化程度和市场经济发展水平的重要标志。目前河南第三产业发展水平处于全国中等靠后的位置,与经济发展水平在全国的位置基本一致。河南第三产业发展水平落后与城镇化水平低、居民收入水平不高、需求能力弱等因素相关,也受体制性、政策性、阶段性因素影响。
The development level of the third industry is the measure of important symbol of a national,a local＇s socialization of production and market economic development level.Now,the development level of the third industry in Henan province is below the position of the national,and it is basically the same of the level of economics＇ development in the position of the national.The third industry＇s development level in Henan province behind the level of urbanization.It is related with low income and weak demand factors.And it is affected by the system,policy and stage factors.
