摘要
目前市场上的太阳模拟仪种类繁多,测量结果准确度也有偏差。利用IEC60904行业标准,对市场上的主流仪器进行测试,分析其出现偏差的原因,通过在生产车间实际测试所取得的实验数据了解了太阳模拟仪光谱对电池短路电流的影响。实验说明应选择与标准AM1.5 G光谱较接近的太阳模拟器进行测试;实验发现不同仪器的光谱响应不同,应选择与被测电池类型相一致或光谱响应度匹配较好的标准电池或组件进行标定。
There are many types of the sun simulation apparatus in current market, and the measurement accuracy results also have deviation. This paper use IEC60904 industry standard to test the mainstream equipment of the market, and analyzes the occurring reason of deviation. The spectrum influence of sun simulation apparatus on the battery short-circuit current is known by actual test result in production workshop. The result shows that we should choose the sun simulation apparatus whose spectrum is closer to AM1.5 G spectrum as we can. The spectrums are not completely same in different equipment, those standard cells or components which are corresponding to the measured cell types or can be matched the spectrum better are chosen to calibrating.
