摘要
针对铝合金构件焊接变形的火焰调修过程中温度和温度/时间组合控制策略,提出了基于对8V对接焊缝数值仿真的温度循环曲线的火焰矫正方法,确定了热矫温度及温度/时间组合的控制策略。通过试验验证了基于数值仿真的温度循环曲线确定的温度和温度/时间组合能够直接应用于构件的焊后火焰矫正。该策略用于实际工艺优化,减少了焊接变形的火焰矫正次数,降低了调修成本,进一步提高热矫正效率和生产效率。
Aiming at the process of blaze repair after the welding distortion of the aluminum alloy structure,the controlling strategies of thermal and thermal-time combination are provided in the base of numeric simulation of thermal cycling curves about the butt joint 8V according to the blaze rectification.The controlling strategies of thermal and thermal-time combination can be dierctly applied to the blaze rectification after the welding,which is examined by the sample experimentation.The strategies optimize the repair process, reduce the numbers of the blaze rectification,decrease the rectification cost and improve the efficiencies of the thermal rectification and production.
