摘要
目的了解手术室护士孕期非病理性原因休假的相关影响因素。方法应用自行设计的手术室护士孕期非病理性休假影响因素调查表对浙江省4家三级医院和3家二级医院的119名手术室护士就孕期非病理性休假情况及其相关因素进行调查,并将孕期在手术室工作与孕期不在手术室工作的护士(含未育)进行比较。结果孕期在手术室工作的护士超过50%有非病理性休假情况发生,并赞成给予孕期适时休假、避免上有放射线的手术等照顾;孕期在手术室工作与孕期不在手术室工作的护士(含未育)对孕期非病理性休假的相关态度差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);64%以上护士同意孕期给予一定照顾性措施情况下,应下调奖金比例。结论手术室护士孕期非病理性休假较为普遍。孕期前3个月安排一定休假,孕期给予一定照顾性措施,并适当下调奖金比例,有助于降低手术室护士孕期非病理性原因休假的发生率。
Objective To understand the influencing factors of non-pathologic leave of nurses in operating room. Methods A self- designed questionnaire was applied among 119 nurses in operating room of 7 hospitals for non-pathologic leave during pregnancy and its influencing factors. Results More than a half of the nurses in operating room have taken non-pathologic leave and there existed no difference between nurses' attitude towards non-pathologic leave whether they worked in the operating room or not during pregnancy (P〉0.05). Nurses considering cutting down bonus for those taking leaving accounted for more than 64%. Conclusion Non-pathologic leave occurred frequently among nurses in operating room. Measures such as cutting down the bonus, compassionate measures would contribute to lowering the occurrence of non-pathologic leave of nurses in operating room.
