摘要
针对餐厨垃圾厌氧发酵产甲烷过程,从工艺参数、工艺应用等方面阐述了国内外进展,并对餐厨垃圾厌氧发酵技术的规模化应用提出今后的研究方向。
In response to the methane production by anaerobic digestion of food wastes,the development in China and Abroad was discussed from the aspects of craft parameter and application.Future research directions for large-scale application of food waste anaerobic digestion were proposed.
