摘要
实现基本公共服务的均等化配置是各级政府面临的重大挑战,也是当前我国区域一体化进程中必须解决的难题。基于层次分析法对川渝地区基本公共服务提供体系进行定性和定量分析,一方面构造了基本公共服务提供体系的评价模型,另一方面对川渝地区基本公共服务提供的实际情况进行打分,并提出了建设性的政策建议。
Realizing the equal distribution of basic public services is a big challenge of governments at all levels and a difficult problem must be solved in the process of region integration, analytic hierarchy process was used to have qualitative and quantitative analysis to establish the evaluation model and give a mark as well as constructive policy recommendations on basic public service delivery system in the region of Chongqing municipality and Sichuan province.
