摘要
本文研究广西壮、汉、仫佬、侗、瑶5个民族的生理骨盆、探索出临床外测量的4条径线-髂棘间径、髂嵴间径、骶耻外径及坐骨结节间径,与相对应的X线测量4条盆腔内径之间呈显著的正相关,相关系数r有显著意义.同时列出回归方程及各组数值的换算表.
250 cases of physiological pelvises measurements of the Han and other four National Minorities women in Guangxi were examined in order to obtain the mean clinical external diameters of the interspinous, intercristal,external conjugates and intertuberous, and were compared with the corresponding diameters measured from the roentgenograph of the respective case.The result of the study showed that the correlation coefficient(r) was significantly correlated among all the above corresponding diameters.we calculated a suitable linear regression eqation for each of them, so as to estimate the values of x-ray pelvimetry from the actual observed value found in the clinical external measurement.We also developed a conversion table of each regression for clinical reference.
