摘要
《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》把"提高质量"作为教育改革发展的核心任务,明确要求"建立健全教育质量保障体系",把重点集中到强化教学环节。本文通过探讨教学督导联盟,改进现有的高校教学质量监控的重要子系统——高校教学督导机构的工作方法,强化其重要功能——对教师群体和教学管理者群体的问责,拓展该组织的生存力。
National Plan for Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development. (2010-2020) takes "improving quality" as the core task of education reform development, significantly requires "establishing sound and effective education quality assurance system" and changes work focus to strengthen teaching. Through exploring the problem of teaching supervi- sion alliance, this paper tries to improve the important subsystem of current university's teaching quality monitoring the work method of university's teaching supervision organization, strengthen its important functi and teaching administrators groups, and expand the viability of the organization.
